About Our Chef
Over the years, Néstor Núñez’s career has grown from a simple need to support his family to an unbridled love of gastronomy. As a young chef, originally from Boquete, Núñez worked under the guidance of Panamanian Chef Oliver Blond to perfect his culinary craft. Bringing together fresh products and authentic island flavors, he is thrilled to deliver a truly unique dining experience as the Executive Chef of Irina’s Restaurant at Los Establos.
